Shipping & Returns

Warranty: We offer a lifetime warranty on all welds. Due to the nature of this sport, we do NOT warranty bending. This warranty does not cover against crashes involving another vehicle. We are not responsible for any consequential damage caused to your bike or property from the use of these products. Use of these products is at your own free will. Powdercoat chipping is not covered. Items that are misused or modified are not covered. Items covered by this warranty may be re-welded or replaced at our discretion. Every situation is different and each of our vendor or manufacturers may have exceptions that may or may not cover every situation. Please contact us before sending back any item back for warranty. Returns: Returns must be made within 30 days of the original purchase date and must be Brand New and not used. We do charge a 10% Restocking fee. A refund will be sent back to you in the form of original payment. You will only be refunded the purchase price of the item, shipping and handling is not refundable. The only time we will refund shipping charges is if we sent you the incorrect item. No returns on custom ordered parts. You MUST contact us before sending anything back in order for us to know why it's coming back. Otherwise we will send it right back to you. Damaged or Broken Items: If you happen to receive an item that is damaged or broken due to shipping, please contact us immediately so we can work with you and the shipping carrier to get the situation resolved as quickly as possible. Because most shipping carriers will want to inspect the damaged package, we ask that you please retain all packaging materials and the original box. Custom Orders: Items that are custom ordered are not returnable for refund or exchange. No exceptions. Shipping times vary for different items. Sales Tax: Indiana state residents are required to add 6% sales tax to their order. Payment: We accept Visa, Mastercard, Paypal, Money Orders and Personal Checks. A Personal Check may be held 14 business days for clearing. We currently do not offer COD. Shipping: We ship Worldwide using UPS and the United States Postal Service. The cost of shipping and handling vary depending on the item being shipped. The shipping and handling of oversize items may be figured using the dimensional size of the box instead of the actual weight. We reserve the right to refuse shipment due to trade embargos, size or weight restrictions or high fraud rates. Contact me for an international shipping quote. Drop Shipping: From time to time we may find it necessary to have an item shipped from another shipping location. We will notify you at the time of the order if an item is being drop shipped from a vendor or manufacturer. General Policies: We are not responsible for typos.
